This former hotel property offers a raw, industrial aesthetic characterized by weathered exterior plaster, exposed concrete, and minimalist internal structures. The interior features a series of sparse, connected rooms with tiled flooring, aging wall treatments, and remnants of dated fixtures, such as small integrated washbasins. The layout includes a central stairwell with an iron railing, facilitating movement between levels, and multiple rooms with natural light filtered through older window frames. The overall mood is quiet and abandoned, providing a neutral backdrop for film projects requiring a stark or neglected atmosphere. The property encompasses approximately 500 square meters of floor space. Access to upper levels is currently facilitated by a manual folding ladder, which should be taken into account for crew movement and equipment transport.
