This two-story apartment in Vienna centers around a double-height living area bathed in natural light through floor-to-ceiling windows. The interior features a modern, open-plan layout with light hardwood floors, crisp white walls, and a glass-railed mezzanine overlooking the main living space. The aesthetic is contemporary and clean, providing a neutral backdrop suitable for a range of production needs.
Directly accessible from the living space is a private, wood-decked rooftop terrace offering expansive views of the city skyline. Furnished with outdoor seating and lush greenery, the terrace transitions from a bright, sun-drenched filming environment to an atmospheric exterior space as the sun sets. The apartment also includes a minimalist, tile-finished bathroom with a walk-in glass shower.
Please note that access to the unit requires navigating stairs, which should be taken into account for the transport of heavy camera equipment or large props.
