These modern Alpine apartments in Tyrol feature an architectural blend of timber cladding, stone textures, and floor-to-ceiling glass. The exterior spaces are defined by infinity-edge pools, wooden hot tubs, and lounge areas that capture expansive views of the surrounding mountains and valley floor. The light-filled interiors utilize a contemporary palette of grey and warm wood, featuring open-plan living areas with large sectionals, sleek kitchenettes, and high-contrast mural accents.
Twelve individual units range from 60 to 116 square meters, offering varied spatial configurations. A dedicated penthouse option includes an integrated bathtub and a fireplace, providing a more intimate domestic atmosphere. The property maintains a consistent design language across all units, balancing sharp, modern lines with organic materials. Due to the high-altitude location and mountainous terrain, equipment transport to the upper levels of the property should be coordinated with the management team during the planning phase.
