This 140m² versatile venue features a historic workshop space dating back to 1870. The primary area is defined by its industrial character, characterized by an open floor plan supported by white-painted structural columns and a white-timbered ceiling. Large skylights integrated into the roof structure provide significant natural light, making it suitable for a variety of production setups. The space maintains a minimalist, raw aesthetic with wooden floors and neutral walls.
In addition to the main workshop, the location includes adjacent office-style rooms. These smaller spaces are finished with white shelving and standard office equipment, offering a contrast to the larger industrial area. The windows in these sections are fitted with vertical blinds, allowing for light control. The property provides a combination of open production floor and practical, contained office rooms, offering flexibility for multi-scene shoots. Access to the facility is level, suitable for the transport and loading of standard production equipment.
