This versatile location centers on a restored industrial building featuring prominent exposed red brick walls and a vaulted wooden ceiling. The interior transitions between an active open-plan office space with a parquet herringbone floor and a sprawling, unfinished loft area characterized by stark white-painted masonry and visible timber rafters. Large windows throughout provide consistent natural light, highlighting the contrast between the polished office aesthetic and the raw, utilitarian texture of the upper levels.
Beyond the primary structure, the property includes a large exterior area filled with an extensive collection of potted ornamental trees and shrubs, arranged against the brick facade. This nursery-style setting adds a layer of organic greenery that contrasts with the architectural severity of the main warehouse. With multiple zones ranging from professional workspace to empty industrial shells, the location offers significant flexibility for varied production requirements. The site features wide access points and clear floor plans, providing ample room for camera movement and equipment staging.
