This expansive, open-plan industrial space features raw concrete floors and weathered structural columns. The long, linear layout is defined by rows of large windows along one side, providing natural side-lighting that accentuates the textured, unfinished wall surfaces. The aesthetic is strictly utilitarian, offering an authentic backdrop for gritty or minimalist narratives.
The interior transitions between varying states of decay, ranging from exposed brickwork to peeling plaster and visible conduits. The space is accessed through an outdoor courtyard area, which provides a small, enclosed transition point before entering the main hall. While the current lighting relies on overhead industrial fixtures, the generous window placement offers significant potential for natural light manipulation. The facility provides clear floor-to-ceiling height, accommodating standard grip and lighting rigs.
