This industrial complex in Vienna offers a versatile range of cinematic environments, anchored by large-scale red brick architecture. The exterior features expansive arched windows, a tall industrial chimney, and wide courtyard spaces that can accommodate large-scale setups or vehicle movements.
Inside, the venue provides high-ceilinged halls with exposed metal roof trusses and polished floors that catch ambient light. The spaces are highly adaptable to various color palettes and moods, as seen in the ability to wash large surfaces in vibrant pink or green hues. Integrated elements like vintage gas pumps add authentic period textures to interior scenes.
For production planning, the facility provides significant vertical clearance and multi-level access via internal staircases, making it suitable for complex lighting rigs and multi-story staging.
