This industrial multi-level space features a prominent yellow overhead crane running along a high-ceilinged workshop floor. The interior blends raw architectural elements, such as exposed concrete ceilings, metal ductwork, and support pillars, with modern finishes like light wood flooring and glass partitions. An internal mezzanine level is accessible via a minimalist wooden staircase, offering tiered perspectives of the main floor.
The lighting is versatile, utilizing large industrial windows that provide abundant natural light alongside integrated track and linear overhead fixtures. The mood shifts from an open, airy studio environment in the bright window-lined areas to a more structured, professional atmosphere in the partitioned office and conference zones.
With its mix of heavy industrial hardware and clean contemporary surfaces, the location is well-suited for both large-scale production setups and intimate interior scenes. The presence of the overhead crane and significant ceiling height provides ample clearance for lighting rigs and camera movement.
