This Tyrolean wellness retreat offers a variety of alpine-inspired settings, ranging from expansive outdoor pool areas to intimate, wood-clad interiors. The exterior features a large swimming pool and a natural bathing pond set within manicured lawns, framed by dense coniferous forests and distant mountain peaks. The architecture combines modern glass facades with traditional wooden elements, providing versatile options for both wide aerial shots and medium-range exterior scenes.
Inside, the location provides high-end wellness and residential environments. Relaxation areas feature curved, organic wooden ceilings with integrated circular lighting and soft, ambient illumination. Guest rooms are characterized by light-toned timber paneling, minimalist contemporary furniture, and large glass doors that offer views of the forested landscape. The color palette is neutral, utilizing natural wood grains, grey stone textures, and soft whites to create a calm, controlled atmosphere.
For production planning, the property includes a large, paved parking area and accessible pathways suitable for equipment transport and crew movement between the interior and exterior zones.
