This Alpine chalet in Leutasch, Tyrol, offers a dramatic mountain backdrop with high, rugged peaks rising directly behind the property. The exterior features traditional timber construction and wide balconies, set against a vast green meadow that provides a clean, unobstructed foreground for wide shots.
The interior is defined by extensive natural wood paneling, exposed ceiling beams, and large windows that flood the living spaces with bright, directional light. The open-plan layout transitions from a textured stone-wall living area to a modern kitchen centered around a white masonry fireplace. Neutral-toned furniture and organic textures, such as cowhide rugs, complement the warm wood aesthetic, creating a calm, high-end residential mood.
The property includes practical amenities such as a sauna and fitness room, and the large windows and glass doors offer multiple angles for capturing views of the surrounding forest and mountains.
