This location features a wide, covered outdoor terrace with a modern metal pergola structure. The space is set against a backdrop of dense green foliage and privacy screening, offering a secluded atmosphere for scenes requiring a relaxed, social environment. The terrace is paved with large stone tiles and furnished with various wooden dining sets, providing multiple configurations for cast and crew staging or background extras.
The architecture includes a two-story building with a traditional terracotta tiled roof and light-colored masonry. The ground floor is defined by a long, shaded veranda with dark wood slatting and integrated lighting, creating a distinct separation between the interior and the open-air seating area. During daylight hours, the pergola provides structured shade, while the open sides allow for ample natural light and a sense of connection to the surrounding greenery.
For production logistics, the terrace is located adjacent to a paved street with level access, making the transport of equipment and grip gear into the seating area straightforward.
