This exclusive alpine estate is located high above the valley, surrounded by untouched mountain landscapes and offering absolute privacy. The property consists of two architecturally refined buildings that combine contemporary design with a natural alpine setting.
Large-scale interiors with up to five-meter-high floor-to-ceiling windows provide exceptional natural light and uninterrupted panoramic views, creating strong visual depth for cinematic storytelling. The main living areas feel elevated above the landscape, delivering a dramatic yet calm atmosphere suitable for both intimate scenes and high-end productions.
The estate offers a wide range of filming motifs within one location: expansive living and dining areas, designer bedrooms, spa and wellness zones with indoor pool and saunas, a private cinema, fitness and climbing facilities, as well as generous terraces and outdoor spaces integrated into the surrounding nature.
Thanks to its secluded setting, controlled access and flexible spatial layout, the location is ideal for feature films, high-end commercials, fashion shoots, luxury brand campaigns and premium TV productions. The quiet environment allows for focused shooting conditions, while the architectural clarity and landscape scale provide a versatile backdrop across multiple genres.
