This modern arts center features expansive industrial interiors defined by exposed concrete pillars, raw ceiling ductwork, and neutral gray tiled floors. The ground level and upper lounge areas provide flexible staging spaces, equipped with dark walls, minimalist counters, and eclectic seating arrangements. Floor-to-ceiling multi-pane windows line the perimeter, flooding the interior spaces with diffuse daylight and offering direct sightlines to the exterior grounds.
Externally, the property is set against a snowy parkland landscape with bare deciduous trees and concrete pathways. A paved parking area flanks the main building facade, which features a multi-story glass curtain wall and prominent Cyrillic signage. Tiered wooden outdoor seating and a spherical architectural structure sit adjacent to the structure, providing varied exterior backdrops for performance or film production.
Accessibility between levels is supported by an internal elevator and multi-level stairwells, with clear directional signage posted throughout the public zones.
