Overview
Step into a versatile and intimate urban setting located right in the heart of Sofia. This boutique space balances professional functionality with a warm charm, making it an ideal backdrop for a wide range of narrative scenes.
The jewel of the location is its fully independent offices and private consultation rooms. Bathed in soft light, these spaces feature beautifully preserved classic wooden parquet floors that contrast elegantly with minimalist, modern furnishings. Whether you are filming a quiet, emotional dialogue, a private therapy session, or a focused meeting between key characters, the rooms offer an authentic, cozy, yet thoroughly professional atmosphere.
The layout provides seamless transitions from a quiet creative sanctuary to a stylish, independent business hub. Free from the overwhelming noise of massive open-plan areas, this location offers filmmakers absolute privacy, controllable environments, and a timeless aesthetic that perfectly captures the pulse of modern city life.
