This unique film location features a freestanding residential apartment set built entirely inside a vast, high-ceilinged industrial warehouse space. The interior layout comprises multiple furnished rooms including a living area with dark wood flooring and muted blue walls, a dining space, and a bedroom outfitted with a bed and patterned wallpaper. Daylight-balanced overhead fixtures illuminate the expansive warehouse floor surrounding the set, while interior spaces utilize controlled domestic lighting through windows and lamps to create an intimate mood.
Access to the elevated apartment set requires navigating wooden structural framing and exterior stairs leading up to the front porch or side entrances. Production crews will find ample staging area on the concrete floor surrounding the build, offering flexible angles for exterior tracking shots and interior dialogue scenes.
