This former industrial complex features high, open-truss ceilings and raw concrete flooring, split between vast unadorned expanses and a more finished wooden-floored section framed by exposed red brick walls. Large, arched industrial windows provide natural sidelight during the day, while overhead structural steel and exposed wiring contribute to an austere, functional mood. The exterior showcases weathered plaster and brickwork flanked by overgrown greenery, leading to a large double-door entry. Access for equipment is straightforward via ground-level loading doors.
