This flexible event space combines contemporary office aesthetics with conference facilities, centered around a large open room configured with rows of gray chairs facing a presentation screen. The space features white walls accented by vibrant yellow geometric patterns, a dark gray carpet, and square ceiling light panels that provide even, functional illumination. Structural columns lined with exposed brick add a raw, industrial touch, while expansive windows bring in natural daylight from the exterior.
Adjacent areas include a long industrial corridor with exposed ceiling pipes, silver ductwork, white brick walls, and tall high-top tables with barstools. Outside, an exterior metal staircase and walkway with mesh railings offer additional architectural texture and movement options. The venue provides a versatile setting for corporate meetings, presentations, or contemporary office scenes.
Practical considerations include the low drop-tile ceiling grid in the main hall, which limits rigging points for heavy overhead lighting equipment.
