Exposed metallic ductwork and flush fluorescent strip lighting overhead set a clinical industrial tone across this multi-room facility. The layout features interconnected laboratory spaces separated by floor-to-ceiling glass partitions, providing clear sightlines for complex blocking across multiple zones. White modular cabinetry, stainless steel sinks, and specialized testing equipment line the perimeter walls and central islands, contrasting with the smooth gray epoxy flooring. Natural light filters through exterior windows fitted with horizontal blinds, casting controlled directional rays into both the primary lab areas and the adjacent office spaces. Sound capture in these hard-surface rooms will require careful management of ambient reflections from the glass partitions and concrete ceilings.
