Exposed timber beams and vaulted ceilings define this open-plan office, creating a warm, industrial aesthetic with distinct rustic elements. The layout features integrated workspaces partitioned by black-framed glass panels, natural stone pillar accents, and wooden loft platforms accessible via ladders. Warm overhead candle-style chandeliers and wall sconces blend with daylight pouring in through multiple slanted skylights and a tiled balcony overlooking a cityscape.
The mood is earthy and collaborative, combining executive office setups with casual breakout areas, including a stone-clad wet bar with high stools and a hanging wicker chair. Rich wooden textures, cowhide rugs, and brown leather upholstery complete the interior design.
Practical filming considerations: Sound recording requires monitoring for ambient city noise through the balcony doors and skylights, and equipment staging is restricted by the multi-level layout and narrow stair access.
