This versatile open-plan office features exposed black structural columns, polished herringbone wood flooring, and track lighting suspended from a dark industrial ceiling. The main hall integrates a dedicated presentation area with a large video wall backdrop, rows of black audience chairs, and wooden executive workstations arranged around the perimeter. Natural light filters in alongside warm overhead track spots, establishing a contemporary corporate mood balanced by organic touches including preserved moss wall art and hanging greenery near the bar counter. An outdoor rooftop terrace with wooden decking, perimeter string lights, and integrated planters provides an additional shooting angle overlooking urban low-rises. Practical filming considerations include the presence of multiple movable furniture configurations and acoustic treatment panels on the ceiling, though sound recording may require managing ambient noise from overhead HVAC units.
