Hidden behind tall evergreens and wrought-iron gates in one of Sofia’s peaceful residential areas, The Mosaic House is a private film location that blends artistry and architectural character. Its stone façade, lush garden, and secluded street create an intimate atmosphere ideal for film shoots, photo sessions, and commercials.
Inside, the villa reveals a bold and cinematic design — featuring a handcrafted mosaic fireplace that dominates the living room and adds a distinctive visual signature. The open-plan spaces, curved lines, and sculptural spiral staircase give directors a variety of creative camera angles and natural lighting setups.
Perfectly suited for productions seeking a European modernist home, artistic interior, or quiet suburban backdrop, this location balances warmth and mystery. The surrounding greenery and textured materials add depth to every shot, while the layout supports both small and medium crew setups.
