There are places you visit. And then there are places that stay with you long after you leave. Hayashi is the latter.
Located in the heart of Sofia, yet surprisingly enveloped by forest, Hayashi Boutique Hotel & Residences offers sweeping views of Vitosha mountain and a beautifully curated Japanese Garden visible from within. It is a refined escape inspired by the essence of Japanese culture — where calm is not just an aesthetic, but a way of being. Every detail, from the architecture to the atmosphere, has been shaped by a single intention: to offer guests a space where the noise of the world quietly falls away, and true rest becomes possible.
