This 1950s landmark building serves as an anchor for the Sofia presidency complex, characterized by its fusion of mid-century architectural trends and formal, classical decor. The interior spaces are defined by grand ballrooms and conference halls, featuring intricate ceiling moldings, large-scale crystal chandeliers, and walls paneled with mirrors and wood trim. The color palette incorporates ornate patterned carpets paired with neutral cream tones on the walls, creating a versatile environment for period-appropriate or high-end contemporary scenes. The hotel offers multiple configurations for large gatherings, from banquet-style setups with round tables to formal U-shaped boardroom arrangements. Natural light is managed through tall windows, though the consistent interior lighting fixtures allow for controlled illumination throughout the day. Situated in the city center, the property is adjacent to major historical sites and ancient Roman ruins. Production teams should note that due to the hotel's location within an active presidency complex, coordination regarding site access and exterior filming permissions is required.
