This expansive property is defined by a large, light-filled ballroom featuring floor-to-ceiling windows, light wood flooring, and tiered crystal chandeliers. The interior design blends classic and modern influences, with walls adorned by framed ballet-themed artwork. Beyond the main hall, the building offers a variety of versatile spaces, including a reception area and a distinct conference room characterized by a highly ornate, decorative style that contrasts with the minimalist main reception.
The exterior architecture reflects a contemporary take on Soviet-era design, featuring a stone-paved driveway, a central fountain, and surrounding mature landscaping. The property includes a secondary facade reminiscent of a boutique hotel, providing multiple angles for exterior shots. Behind the main building lies an additional complex of modular film sets that can be reconfigured for diverse production requirements, offering significant flexibility for both interior and exterior filming needs.
