The interior combines eclectic colonial design with handcrafted details and high-quality natural materials. The custom-built kitchen, made of polished concrete, stone, and wood.
A 4 km stretch of fine sandy beach lies just 300 meters away. A large supermarket is 900 meters from the property, and cafés and restaurants are located in the nearby center of Sozopol. Free parking is available at street level, and technical or camera equipment can easily be delivered directly to the private courtyard.
In addition to the apartment, all exterior areas on the cliff — including coves, ladders, and rocky plateaus, are available for use. Boats and yachts can be anchored directly in front of the house, offering a variety of camera angles and inspiring shooting locations with an authentic maritime atmosphere.
The only sounds here are seagulls, the waves, and the occasional passing fishing boat — no neighbors, no schools, and no street noise. Only during July and August is there noticeable tourist activity on the water and in the surrounding area.
The interior is minimalist and can be completely cleared or refurnished/redecorated as needed. Only the kitchen is fixed in place. The existing light-gray curtains offer about 80% blackout but can easily be removed or replaced.
