Wine Cellar Villa Melnik is a family-owned winery with breathtaking 360 degree views of the surrounding own vineyards, mountains and green hills. The property includes a decorative pond with olive trees and other Mediterranean plants.
The winery is a three-floor building carved into the sandy hill with underground wine cellars and a treasury where the bottles and barrels age. The winery is equipped with modern winemaking stainless steel tanks, oak barrels in the cellar, a laboratory, a cosy tasting room and outdoor spaces for relaxation. There are also warehouses, farming equipment such as tractors, and multipurpose spare rooms.
The climate is Mediterranean with sunny and cloudless weather 320 days of the year. In the vicinity, there are the Pirin and Belasitsa Mountains, Struma River, Kerkini Lake, and numerous other points of natural, architectural, archaeological and cultural interest.
The owners already have experience hosting various film productions as well as festivals, weddings and more.
