This former Canadian Embassy location offers a sophisticated urban rooftop with expansive city views. The terrace features dark wood decking, minimalist black metal furniture, and integrated greenery in large planters, providing a structured, contemporary backdrop. High-contrast shadows from the perimeter railings add a rhythmic texture to the floor and seating areas.
Inside, the aesthetic shifts to a refined, mid-century modern interior. Rooms are characterized by high ceilings, neutral color palettes, and soft, diffused light filtered through sheer floor-to-ceiling drapery. Black marble accents and brass hardware provide a sleek, polished finish to the living spaces. The property is also framed by mature tropical landscaping, including a path lined with tall palm trees, offering a lush, secluded atmosphere.
The rooftop terrace provides a clear line of sight to the surrounding urban architecture and hills, making it suitable for wide establishing shots or character moments in a high-end setting.
