This historic Athenian tavern offers a multi-level, sun-drenched courtyard set within the narrow streets of Plaka. The location features traditional architecture with ochre-toned walls, red timber door frames, and weathered stone steps. Mature trees and vibrant bougainvillea provide natural canopy and texture, creating pockets of shade across the various terraced seating areas. The aesthetic is deeply rooted in late 19th-century Mediterranean urban design, characterized by rustic wooden furniture and checkered tablecloths.

The layout provides several distinct elevations, from the ground-level street frontage to elevated balconies accessible by a blue metal staircase. Natural light is abundant in the open courtyard, while the interior spaces offer a darker, more intimate atmosphere with warm, low-level ambient lighting. The mix of paved walkways, stone stairs, and lush greenery allows for varied perspectives and depth in framing.

The location is situated in a pedestrian-heavy historic district, which may require coordination for sound control or crowd management during active street hours.
