8888 OPEN STUDIO ROMA is a renovated 278 m² industrial-style creative space in Torrevecchia / Monte Mario, Rome, approximately 6 km from the Vatican. Its contemporary, minimal interiors feature high ceilings, exposed concrete-block walls, large windows and natural light, offering a versatile setting for film, television, photography, fashion, advertising and music videos.
A large sliding metal-and-glass entrance connects the interior with the outdoors. The property includes approximately 1,500 m² of fenced private garden and parking, with greenery and woodland at the back. Direct access for cars, vans and minibuses makes loading and unloading straightforward. Parking allocation is arranged with the host; the private access road has a tight turn and cannot accommodate long coaches.
Inside are connected studio spaces, a large rear room, support and storage areas suitable for production preparation, wardrobe or a green room, two bathrooms including an accessible bathroom, a shower, and a kitchenette with a refrigerator. Heating and air conditioning are available. Productions should bring their own lighting; there is no fixed lighting grid or Wi-Fi. This is a flexible industrial location, not a soundproof soundstage.
Available daily from 06:00 to 22:00, with bookings and visits arranged in advance. Rates: €50 per hour with a 4-hour minimum (€200), €450 per full day, and €2,000 per week. Longer productions and additional time can be discussed with the host. Smoking is permitted indoors.
