This riverside estate features expansive views of a winding river valley and distant mountain ranges. The landscape is characterized by rolling green hills, dense woodland, and open fields, providing a varied backdrop for wide-angle landscape shots or period drama settings. A traditional yellow villa is nestled among mature trees, overlooking the water below.

The property offers several distinct zones, including a sun-exposed terrace with a swimming pool and a rustic wooden paddock area with horses. These spaces allow for a transition from polished, high-end residential scenes to more rugged, agricultural textures. The natural light is softened by the valley's topography, offering consistent outdoor lighting across the open terrain.

The estate includes large outdoor areas suitable for base camp setups or equipment staging near the main house.
