The multi-storey layout includes sweeping elevated walkways, a central glass elevator shaft, and interconnected conference and banquet rooms suitable for contemporary corporate or sci-fi interior sequences.

Externally, the complex pairs curving metallic cladding with transparent curved facades and exterior steel archways set against expansive paved plazas. The architecture establishes a distinctly modern, industrial aesthetic with clean geometric lines. Due to the extensive glass surfaces and towering interior volumes, sound crew should anticipate potential reverberation during dialogue recording.
