Dominating the site is the imposing Dome Hall, a circular concrete pavilion featuring a ribbed exterior and a distinct roof structure that provides an immediate architectural landmark. The sprawling 100,000-square-meter complex also incorporates several large industrial halls, such as pavilions B1, B2, and B3, characterized by wide-span metal frames, high ceilings, and expansive open interiors. Natural daylight floods the expansive outdoor asphalt areas and parking zones, while the interiors rely on systematic overhead industrial grid lighting that casts clean, clinical illumination across open trade show floors and carpeted aisles.
The venue offers multiple distinct interior configurations, ranging from the circular dome layout to modular rectangular exhibition spaces and dedicated conference rooms like the Eminescu, Madgearu, and Titulescu halls. The overall mood is functional and utilitarian, reflecting large-scale commercial utility.
Logistics are straightforward for production crews, with 2,000 parking spaces, 13 outdoor platforms, and wide paved access roads accommodating heavy equipment transport directly to the pavilion doors.
