The location is easily accessible, approximately 500 m along a dirt road from the last public asphalt road in the town of Sereď. The area is separated from its surroundings by grass-covered embankments; most of it consists of a private lake with gently varied terrain, a maintained grassy meadow, two gazebos, and beautiful scenery featuring the water surface with two islands and nearby groves. It offers a natural environment suitable for photography or filming. The area is not equipped with any technical infr
astructure (no electricity, water, or sewage)

Lake area is reachable by dirt road (regularly maintained by volunteers) - vehicles, vans or small trucks can reach the lake without any troubles. Parking is available right next to the property or literraly in the area of the property if needed.

Unique visual features
The size of the land plot is approx. 129166,925 ft2, the lake occupies approximately three-quarters of the plot. There are 2 islands - smaller one (approx. 96,87519 ft2), bigger one (approx. 1076,39104 ft2). Vegetation consist of bushes, trees but mostly grass, area sorroundings is mostly trees. In the wintertime is changing lake surface to ice for a few weeks of the year.

Distance to the nearest citycenter of small town Sereď is approx. 3 km far away from the property. You can find there a few aribnb and booking appartments, a few restaurants etc. Nearest bigger city with really great accesibility of facilities is Trnava, which is 15 km away from the property.
Practical filming considerations
Boats, drons etc. are allowed without restrictions (just announcement to municipality is needed). In Slovakia are general noise restrictions in meaning of restricted time period of excessive noise which is allowed from 6 am untill 10 pm. In case the noise will exceed this time, special allowance from the municipality is needed.
