The location is easily accessible, approximately 500 m along a dirt road from the last public asphalt road in the town of Sereď. The area
is separated from its surroundings by grass-covered embankments; most of it consists of a private lake with gently varied terrain, a maintained grassy meadow, two gazebos, and beautiful scenery featuring the water surface with two islands and nearby groves. It offers a natural environment suitable for photography or filming. The area is not equipped with any technical infrastructure (no electricity, water, or sewage)
