Nestled in the heart of Spain’s renowned Rioja wine region, Campo Viejo Winery is a testament to the art of winemaking, cutting-edge sustainability, and breathtaking architectural design. Known globally for its exceptional wines, Campo Viejo combines centuries-old winemaking traditions with innovative modern practices to create some of the finest Rioja wines.
Designed by the acclaimed architect Ignacio Quemada, the winery’s structure is a masterpiece of form and function. Much of the facility is built underground, seamlessly blending into the rolling vineyards of La Rioja. This architectural choice not only minimizes the environmental footprint but also ensures optimal temperature and humidity control for wine production, a perfect harmony of sustainability and craftsmanship.
The winery boasts state-of-the-art production facilities, with an emphasis on preserving the integrity and quality of the grapes. From vast stainless steel fermentation tanks to French oak barrels used for aging, every detail reflects a commitment to excellence.
Campo Viejo offers an immersive experience for visitors and filmmakers alike. Its panoramic views of the vineyards, sleek contemporary interiors, and the juxtaposition of traditional and modern elements make it a sought-after location for storytelling. The winery’s commitment to innovation, sustainability, and the celebration of Spanish winemaking heritage creates an environment that is as inspiring as the wines it produces.
Whether you’re exploring the art of winemaking, indulging in tastings, or capturing its stunning design on film, Campo Viejo Winery offers an unforgettable journey into the heart of Rioja.
