This modern performance venue features a large, flexible auditorium space with tiered red seating banks that can retract to reveal a wide concrete floor at stage level. The perimeter walls are finished in dark gray panels with vertical acoustic treatments, contrasting with the bright overhead grid lighting and accent strips. A deep balcony level circles the rear and sides, providing elevated angles overlooking the central hall.
Adjoining the main performance space is a multi-story glass-walled atrium featuring light gray flooring, exposed steel columns, and a prominent staircase with red treads leading to upper level seating zones. A distinctive angled gold-clad architectural overhang dominates both the interior hallway ceiling and the exterior facade, which is set against paved walkways and exterior lighting poles.
Practical filming considerations include accessible ground-level entry doors suitable for equipment load-in directly adjacent to the main performance floor.
