Backwell House is a Grade II-listed, Georgian home built with traditional bath stone. It stands in 13 acres of immaculate gardens overlooking open countryside. Filled with character and history, it is located 2.5 miles from Bristol airport, 1.7 miles from Nailsea and Backwell train station and has its own car park.
The main drive leads past an array of mature trees to the classic Georgian façade, where the first impression is of a handsome period house set in idyllic countryside. The ground floor boasts a splendid reception hall, drawing room, dining room, bar, breakfast room, conservatory and commercial kitchen. The main hallway and staircase with its stone treads is particularly impressive as is the lantern light within the hallway.
