This farmstead occupies an 800m² site, anchored by a 100m² main residence characterized by its period architectural details, including patterned wallpaper, wooden flooring, and heavy double-door portals. The interiors present a weathered, historic aesthetic with raw plaster and textured surfaces, offering a versatile backdrop for period-accurate or distressed-look productions. Natural light filters through the multi-paned windows, highlighting the aged character of the wall textures and structural woodwork.
Beyond the primary living area, the property provides significant ancillary space, including a 40m² workshop and a 160m² barn. The barn features original timber rafters and deep, open bays that accommodate larger props or staging equipment. An exterior courtyard connects these various structures, offering a unified, contained environment for filming. The layout provides ample room for equipment staging and crew movement throughout the site.
