This active farm property features a versatile landscape, including a traditional timber-framed barn and open grazing areas occupied by sheep and horses. The barn offers a rustic interior with straw bedding, wood-paneled walls, and natural light filtering through translucent roof segments, providing a textured setting for character-driven scenes or agricultural shoots. An adjacent storage loft with exposed rafters and utility shelving offers additional depth and logistical flexibility.
The exterior grounds are composed of a large open lawn framing a white-painted house, complemented by fenced paddocks and livestock enclosures that open onto expansive pastoral views. The setting provides a quiet, authentic atmosphere typical of rural agricultural life, situated approximately 20 minutes from the city perimeter. Access to the barn area involves navigating through established livestock enclosures, so coordination with the property owners is required for equipment transport and animal safety during production.
