This 25-hectare estate offers a versatile selection of pastoral backdrops, centered on several distinct structures. The property features weathered farmhouses characterized by exposed brickwork, white-plastered facades, and traditional red-tiled roofs, set amidst an open landscape of mature trees and grassy expanses. A glass-walled greenhouse provides a clean, geometric contrast to the more rustic architecture, while the varied terrain accommodates both seasonal foliage and stark, open winter compositions.
The layout is defined by the clusters of buildings situated within a sprawling, unrefined garden setting. Natural light is abundant across the grounds, shifting across the textures of the aged brick and timber structures throughout the day. The property offers a range of visual moods, from pastoral summer greenery to monochromatic winter landscapes, suitable for period-specific or contemporary exterior shots.
The site provides ample open space for equipment staging and unit base requirements, though vehicle access should be confirmed in advance due to the rural nature of the terrain.
