This expansive Bavarian farm estate is defined by its versatility, featuring a contemporary outdoor pool set against a backdrop of open pastures and dense forest. The property centers on a traditional cobblestone courtyard framed by white-walled farmhouse structures, wooden barn architecture, and ornamental water features. The light is bright and unobstructed, emphasizing the contrast between the historic building textures and the manicured, modern landscaping.
Beyond the central courtyard and pool area, the estate includes functional equestrian facilities, such as a horse stable and indoor riding spaces, as well as a dedicated area featuring a skateboard ramp. The surrounding grounds provide access to private wooded trails, offering multiple exterior environments within a single location. The site offers sufficient space for equipment staging, with accessible paved entryways and flat ground surrounding the main structures.
