This property features a rustic, dark-wood cabin nestled within a dense, tree-lined clearing. The exterior is defined by its low-profile log construction and wide, elevated porch that overlooks a spacious, flat grassy yard. A private outdoor swimming pool sits adjacent to the lawn, providing a natural focal point for exterior scenes in a quiet, wooded setting.
The landscape offers high levels of privacy with mature trees creating a thick perimeter. Natural light is abundant, though the surrounding forest canopy provides shifting shadows and varied depth throughout the day. The layout includes multiple access points between the interior cabin and the exterior garden, allowing for fluid camera movement and versatile shooting angles.
Direct vehicular access to the property should be verified to determine suitability for bringing heavy production equipment to the site.
