More about this film location
Step into a space where raw industrial honesty dances with sun-drenched domesticity. The interior is a breathtaking study in vertical volume, defined by the striking, board-formed concrete ceiling that cascades light and texture across the open-plan living area. Wide-plank, warm hardwood floors guide the eye
past the low-slung, inviting seating arrangement toward a streamlined, high-gloss white kitchen—a stark, minimalist counterpoint to the rustic overhead canvas. A dramatic, exposed concrete staircase hints at private upper lofts, visible through sleek metal railings, offering dynamic sightlines for framing shots.
Natural light pours in from numerous white-framed windows and double glass doors that open directly onto a sun-dappled courtyard. The exterior presents a charming, slightly overgrown garden—a lush, informal setting that contrasts the clean lines of the structure. A stepping stone path bisects the greenery, leading toward a sunken patio and a small, tranquil pool area. This duality—the urban, loft-like interior juxtaposed against the intimate, almost secret garden—creates an atmosphere ripe for complex emotional narratives, offering both bright, contemporary backdrops and shaded, intimate exteriors.
