Hayashi Hotel - Glamourous 1BDR with a View | Free Breakfast, Gym & Parking

This location offers a compelling juxtaposition of contemporary urban architecture and sweeping natural grandeur, perfect for scenes requiring layered visual texture. The exterior facade is defined by striking, deep red-brown brickwork, punctuated by rhythmic, vertical lines of dark-framed windows and slim balconies, lending a strong, industrial-chic rhythm. Adjacent to the structure is a meticulously manicured green lawn, offering an immediate foreground contrast against the building’s severity. Ascend to the expansive terrace—a cinematic goldmine. Here, sleek, dark metal framing defines a pergola structure, casting dynamic shadows across the rich wooden decking. The backdrop is breathtaking: a wide, dramatic panorama featuring an industrial foreground fading into a distant, sprawling cityscape, all overlooked by imposing, majestic mountains under a vast, bright sky. This elevated vantage point offers incredible natural light and scale. Internally, the property shifts to clean, minimalist modernism. The reception area is a study in sophisticated neutrality, featuring pale, textured paneling and a statement reception desk backlit with a warm, amber glow, anchored by abstract, Sputnik-style chandeliers—providing immediate, high-end visual interest. The kitchen maintains this sleek aesthetic: pale matte cabinetry contrasted sharply with dark countertops and flooring, framed by a dark-mullioned window that perfectly frames the exterior foliage, suggesting domestic reality set against the grandeur outside. This location transitions flawlessly from imposing exterior drama to sophisticated, controlled interior space.
