An ornate painted ceiling plafond depicting celestial and classical figures crowns the central vaulted staircase, setting a formal 19th-century tone for the interior. The layout features high ceilings, wide stone steps, arched hallways with classical pilasters, and black wrought-iron railings. Natural light filters through the multi-paned windows, illuminating pale walls and dark wooden doors.
The venue also includes a functional auditorium with wooden parquet flooring, vertical slat wall paneling, a raised stage framed by a dark blue curtain, and multiple rows of wooden chairs. Wrought-iron chandeliers hang throughout the spaces, casting a traditional ambient glow.
Externally, the three-storey public building presents a symmetrical eleven-axis light-colored façade with a rusticated ground floor, accessible via a central stone staircase between manicured evergreens. Equipment truck access and crew parking should be evaluated against the central street location and front perimeter fencing.
